Can I get a fully hydraulic tilt hitch on my excavator?

Yes, we do. We can fit a full hydraulic tilt hitch as an aftermarket option, or we can supply this option fitted from factory.

Having the tilt hitch (power tilt) fitted from the factory will save you thousands of dollars. Wacker Neuson is one of the only companies globally that designs and produces their own tilt hitches in their own state-of-the-art production facilities. Therefore, they can deliver extremely high quality, powerful tilt hitches at a fraction of the cost to an aftermarket option.

Can I supply order numbers for work completed in the workshop to help to track equipment repair costs?

Yes, we also prefer to use an order number system as it helps both companies involved in the repair.

Can I try one of your excavators?

Yes, you can. We have a dig pit onsite in which you can test out the excavator. Please call to arrange this 3607 3311

Can you customize your range of equipment to suit my requirements?

We can help you get the most out of your equipment. We can fit aftermarket additions and/or get the factory to change machinery to suit your specifications. We offer mine spec equipment for many product ranges.

Can you help me sell equipment I no longer have a need for?

Yes, we are happy to help you move your products on your behalf. Due to our marketing and industry contacts, we have a high likelihood of selling your equipment at a reasonable price. We do take a commission for this service. We don’t charge a marketing fee.

Do the pins and bushes really last over 4000 hours before needing to be replaced?

We have customers here and nationally advising us that there Wacker Neuson excavator has done 4000 or more hours and still hasn’t had pins and bushes replaced. And they are still quite tight. Extremely high-quality manufacturing processes in the Wacker Neuson factory along with hardened steel give the Wacker Neuson this key advantage on the marketplace.

Do the Wacker Neuson excavators you sell come with hydraulic hitches?

Yes, they do. The hydraulic hitch (Easylock Hitch) is standard on most units.

Do you carry spare parts?

We carry a large range of spare parts for all different types and brands of equipment. It is, however, impossible to carry everything so please contact the Parts Co-ordinator for price and availability.

Yes, we have recently launched a YouTube channel where we showcase new and used equipment, as well as equipment repair, advise.
